LHA Scholars Significantly Improve NWEA’s MAP Growth Goals

Since introducing ST Math to supplement math curriculum, 68% of LHA’s students met their NWEA’s MAP Growth goals in the 2016-2017 school year.

ST Math is a supplemental visual learning program for K-12 scholars that supplements the gaps of math learned in the classroom and differentiates curriculums to address the individual needs of scholars. A kindergarten teacher at LHA, Alex Jubb, has observed a change in student engagement since using the program, and an increase in independence. Since introducing ST Math to supplement math curriculum, 68% of LHA’s students met their NWEA’s MAP Growth goals in the 2016-2017 school year- a significant improvement over 48.5% just two years ago.
