APPLICATION PROCESS

All job applicants will fill out an online application.

Teaching Applicants: We recommend having a sample lesson video ready. Please make sure to include the start, middle, and close of your lesson. We will ask that you upload the video to an online video platform and email us the link with your name in the title of the email. You may email careers@firstlineschools.org with your video link.

Our hiring process is as follows:

Step 1: Application is submitted.

A.) We will review your resume and consider you for all positions that are aligned with your interest, experience, and qualifications.

B.) All out of state teaching applicants should submit a sample lesson video within one week of their application. New to teaching candidates are exempt from this step. Non-instructional applicants may be asked to complete a technical project.

Step 2: Applications are reviewed

Step 3: Phone screen

Step 4: Applicant in-person interview(s) or a sample lesson for teaching applicants

Step 5: Reference check (please submit 2-3 direct supervisors as a reference on your application)
