All job applicants will fill out an online application.

Teaching Applicants: We recommend having a sample lesson video ready as we’d love to get a look at your teaching. Please make sure to include the start, middle and close of your lesson. We will ask that you upload the video to an online video platform and email us the link with your name in the title of the email. You may email with your video link.

Our hiring process is as follows:

  1. Application submitted.  We will review your resume and consider you for all positions that are aligned with your experience and qualifications. 

  2. All out of state teaching applicants must submit a sample lesson video within one week of application. Non-instructional applicants may be asked to complete a technical project. * If you are new to teaching you are exempt from this step

  3. Application reviewed by FirstLine Schools staff and schools.
  4. Phone Screen with School Leadership
  5. Applicant in-person interview (sample lesson for teaching applicants).
  6. Reference Check (Please submit 2-3 Direct Supervisors as a reference on your application)
